    All praises and thanks to Almighty Allah, who is the Lord and Creator of this universe and by
    whose power and glory all good things are accomplished. He is the most merciful, who
    bestowed upon us the potential, ability and an opportunity to work on this report. We would
    like to express our sincere and humble gratitude to ALLAH almighty who’s Blessings, help and
    direction has been a real source of all our achievements in our life.

    We would like to say that we completed this project


    due to parents who pray for our success. We also wish to express our appreciation to our dear
    and supportable teacher Dr. HUMEIRA J. ABIDI who help us a lot and introduce us to new
    dimensions of knowledge. And we would like to acknowledge all our work to our parents
    and friends and our teacher who guided to accomplish this never forgetting task. This project
    report enhances our knowledge. Further we leaned our course.

    We would like to thank the Assistant Manager of HR and General Manager of Finance for their
    contribution in providing information and helping out with this report. We are really grateful to
    PTCL that extended a great deal of corporation with us and provided us all the information we
    required for this report.

    Last but not the least our team efforts, support, cooperation and encouragement showed by each
    members in the group with each other.
