    Ben, 

    Thank you  for the information.  When you forward the 2012 w/o federalization please include the 
    assumptions to revenue and expense projections.   Once I review the schedules I will most likely have 
    questions for you. 
    Also, I would like to look at your most current YTD 10 financials.  Do you have November 2010 ready?  
    When do you think you will have 12/31/10 ready.

    Attached is the approved budget per the NURFC 12-10 Board meeting. It includes a revised cash flow for
    2011 and statement of activities based on the budget that was approved by the Board. I will be
    forwarding on a new cash flow statement tomorrow that includes a projection for 2012 without
    Federalization.
