Q1 . How to book Jam Room?

Ans. Click on the jam room button on the homepage, You will be directed to jam room page
,then select the date on which you want to book the jam room, next select the slot which you
want to book during that day.

select the items you want to purchase.Then you will be directed to AlertPay payment page
where you make payment for the item you purchased.

Q4. How do I make payment through Alertpay?

Sign up for AlertPay or if you already have an account then enter your Alert pay username and
password.

Q5.How to watch videos posted on website?

Click on the play button displayed on centre of the video to watch the video

Q6. How can I purchase multiple items at once?

Add the items you want to buy to shopping cart by clicking on add to cart button available
below/adjacent of the item.once you have finalised your items to buy click buy button on view
cart to buy the items.

Q7.Can I pay on delivery?

No. shipment will only be done only after online payment.

Q8. Can I make the Payment using Credit card?

Yes,you can use any Credit card for payment.
