How are you doing ? hope this message finds you in good spirits.
kindly go through the following points and revert to me.
Navaloor Site
1. Navaloor site is coming in the DTCP planning area (commercial segment).

2. Commercial: Basement(car parking),Ground ,First, Second and Third floor

(Residential)

(Ground floor alone can be the Bank or Office or Stationery, etc.)

3. Industrial approval: If you go for industrial approval then you can build the
Car

Service station and related work can be done .Once you get the industrial
approval

you cannot change it to residential.

4. I suggest you to go for an approval like Basement and ground floor.

(Roof can be temporary).

5. Later you go for Demolishing of the old building and Construction of

commercial cum

residential building approval. Then you can build as per the drawing.

6. Today I have gone to the DTCP approval office in Mount road and discussed
the above

matters with the officials there.

7.Based on your confirmation I will do the design.
