    REDISTRICTING PROPOSAL

    Harris County would lose one seat in the Texas House of


    Representatives under a redistricting map proposed
    Wednesday. Seats now occupied by two Houston incumbents,
    Democrats Scott Hochberg and Hubert Vo, would be paired,
    and Harris County would go from 25 seats to 24.
