1 bunch kale or Swiss Chard
1 ½ Tb soy sauce
1 Tb sesame oil
1 clove garlic (pressed)
1-inch chunk ginger, grated

1) Rinse the kale or chard and cut out the tough inner ribs, then
slice the leaves into ribbons. Steam until the kale is slightly wilted,
about 3 to 5 minutes.
2) When cool, toss with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic and ginger.
Serve at room temperature.
