    TRAFFIC ALERT

    TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS FOR GABA BICYCLE SWAP MEET

    On Sunday, April 17, 2011, the City of Tucson Department of Transportation will restrict travel for the Greater
    Arizona Bicycling Association (GABA) Bicycle Swap Meet.

    Travel restrictions will take place from 5 a.m. to 3 p.m. During this time, travel will be prohibited on Fourth
    Avenue between Sixth Street and Ninth Street.

    The traveling public can expect delays when driving, bicycling or walking in this area. Please obey all traffic
    control signs.

    The Tucson Department of Transportation (TDOT) keeps Tucson moving smoothly and safely. The
    Department’s nearly 250 employees oversee the maintenance and reconstruction of nearly 1,900 lane miles of
    streets and are responsible for hundreds of drainage structures, public art pieces, street lights and signs, and
    traffic signs and signals in Tucson. TDOT also operates the City’s transit services, Sun Tran and Sun Van.
