Went to see ann GYN Doctor a week ago and have not heard back from them, they

needed me to take
blood test which I havent had a free day for so I am assuming that may be the reason I havent yet
received any results. I just need to know if I have an infection and how I can treat it. Vagisil doesnt seem
to be working, just irritates skin and sort of burns. My problem is, On the outter part of the vagina
opening and inner part of the labia, I am having a lot of discomfort I feel itchy and irritation, some
burning, and Im having discharge a little bit more than usual, its a yellowish tint and thin but there is no
foul odor. I also find it painful during intercourse, It burns and feels like a sharp knife has entered the
vagina opening and also on the bottom left side of the inner labia its burns as well during sexual
intercourse. I really hope theres an answer for this problem bcuz it occurs once a month for about a
week or longer. This has been going on for about 3 months.

Symptoms of trichomonas vaginitis include:

 Abnormal vaginal discharge:

o Discharge may be yellow, white, or grey
 Vaginal itching
 Vaginal pain
 Vaginal redness
 Pain during intercourse
 Pain during urination
 Abdominal pain:
o Mild lower abdominal pain

In women, symptoms may be a profuse, thin, yellow vaginal discharge with a strong, unpleasant, fishy
odor. Itching or burning of the vagina and labia, and pain on intercourse can accompany the discharge.
