A proposal for an event would be the staging of an organisation's annual Christmas party.

This would
be held in parklands and would be tailored towards employees and their families. Such events that
could be organised include:

• Fairground Rides (rug slide, water slide, chair spinning ride)

• Musical act, Fireworks, etc

• Lunch or Dinner (catered or a BBQ)

• Bar facilities

• Organisation of presents for children under a specific age

This proposal consists many small events that would need to be planned. The scope of the party
would be determined by the budget constraints of the event which would need to be juggled to
become a success. This may be a manageable event to undertake as each person could be charged
with organising a particular aspect of the day.
