Organizational Structure    

The Lip Dub Organization will be conducted by committees.

There are 6 Committees you can be involved with

1) Sponsorship and Fundraising

2) Media and Public Outreach
3) Promotions
4) University Relations
5) Logistics
6) Creative and Spirit

Student Involvement    

Students from all facets of university life want to be

involved. Heres how you can
- Email your Resume and Cover letter to
maclipdub@gmail.com and let us know what position you want
to be involved with.

Each committee will have 8 members selected by the

Executives of the committees. The committee selection will
be the onus of the executives. The executives will review
each resume to pick their committee.
Student Involvement

Unfortunately, The prerequisite to be involved directly with

the planning of this event is your ability to commit time and
effort in the Summer. Therefore, if you are not available at
McMaster University during the summer you will not be
eligible to apply.
