    Student: Good morning! I need to speak with the manager.

    Manager: Good morning! I’m the manager, how can I help you?

    Student: I was here yesterday and bought this mobile phone, but this thing

    doesn’t work as I expected, so I want my money back.

    Manager: Ok! May I see the receipt?

    Student: What receipt? I don’t have any receipt here with me.

    Manager: Well, I’m so sorry but without a receipt I can’t help you.

    Student: I don’t believe, don’t you remember me? I was here yesterday.

    Manager: I’m very sorry but even if I did, without the receipt, I really

    can’t do anything.

    Student: Ok, fine, I want another phone then.

    Manager: You don’t understand, without prove that you bought this phone

    here, I can’t give you the money or a new phone, sorry.

    Student: But can´t you see that this phone was bought here it’s just like

    that one.

    Manager: Yes right, but half town has phones like this ones, I ‘m not the

    only one.

    Manager: No problem, I will be here waiting to help you the best way I can.

    Student: yeh, yeh, right

    Manager: Thank you for your visit, and see you tomorrow.
