Madam,

Letter of Apology

As mentioned above, the reason I’m writing this letter is too apologize for not
submitting my previous assignment that was meant to be given too you last Sunday.
So because of that I would sincerely apologize for my wrong doings.

2. Before I further write my apology, I would like to say that I’m not trying to make
excuses or try to justify my wrong doings, it’s simply just to state why I didn’t send in
my letter on time.

3. The reason I didn’t send in the assignment early was because I was struck with a
very very bad stomach ache. It was so bad that I need to go to the toilet quite often.
Again, I’m not trying to justify my actions.
4. But I know I am at fault because I was sick on a Monday, not a Sunday. And for
that I’m truly sorry for what I have. Me and my friends had taken granted your
kindness and we hope to not to do it again.

5. Moreover, the other reason why I think I didn’t finished my assignment on time
was that I didn’t prioritize madam’s given assignment. And because of that, me and
my friends failed to send the assignment due the time given. And for that, I behalf of
my friend, would like to apologize and will never do it again.

I hope madam would have the heart to forgive our wrong doing and will not keep any
anger in her towards us.
