    OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY

    1. The main objective of my report is to study how recruitment and


    selection is conducted in the Liberty shoes ltd. Karnal
    2. What are the various methods used for recruitment in Liberty Shoes
    Ltd.
    3. Also, find out what all measures should be taken so as to improve the
    process of recruitment in terms of lowering the attrition rate.

    attrition rate.
