SYNOPSIS
TITLE

“TO STUDY THE IMPACT OF PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT


SYSTEMS AT STARRAGHECKERT”.

BACK GROUND
Performance management is a process of creating a work environment or setting in which
people are enabled to perform to the best of their abilities. Performance management includes
activities that ensure that goals are consistently being met in an effective and effecient manner.

PROBLEM STATEMENT

To study the impact of Performance Management Systems. On the basis of this problem
statement, the following specific objectives have been crystallized
OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY

 To study the current Performance Management systems of company.

 To find out the importance of Performance Management Strategies.

 To find out new concepts and ideas to the existing PMS.

 To identify how new concepts & ideas work in an organization.

METHODOLOGY
OBSERVATION & SURVEY METHOD
ANALYTICAL RESEARCH METHOD:
To analyze the effectiveness of Performance management systems & also concepts & ideas which is
being newly incorporated.

PRIMARY DATA
Questionnaires will be used to conduct survey from employees within the organization.

SECONDARY DATA
Various text books, magazines, journals and the internet will be used to collect for the secondary data.

LIMITATION :-
 The data is restricted to Bangalore
 Results are purely based on primary information.
DURATION OF THE PROJECT: 6 WEEKS TO 8 WEEKS.

INTRODUCTION

This chapter includes information on the performance management system and theoretical
back ground of research topic.

CHAPTER 2

INDUSTRY AND COMPANY PROFILE

This chapter contains a complete profile, including history, nature of business, growth,
prospectus, vision, organization structure and its milestone.

CHAPTER 3

RESEARCH DESGN, STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM, OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY,


METHODOLOGY OF THE STUDY, PLAN OF ANALYSIS.

CHAPTER 4

DATA ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION

This chapter provides analysis of the data with required interpretation tables, graphics and
charts are used wherever necessary.

CHAPTER 5

FINDINGS, CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS

This chapter provides major findings, conclusion and offer suggestion based on the
findings.
