NEGLIGENCE, HARASSMENT, REFUSAL TO REDRESS THE

COMPLAINR BY SONY ERICSSON AUTHORIZED SERVICE
CENTRE AT JAYENDRAGANJ, GWALIOR (MP)

Undersigned purchased a Sony Ericssion Mobile Handset,

Model C902, IMEI: 353797027973019 on 5th Oct 2010 from M/S.
Lokplus, Daud Market, Daulat Ganj, Gwalior (M.P).

Undersigned faced following problems in the Mobile

handset:-
 1. The Mobile Handset is not being charged properly since last
1 month.

2. The Mobile Charger is not working properly.

3. When contacted, authorized service centre of Sony Ericsson

on 5th Apr 2011, their Mr. Nikhil Agarwal refused to accept
the faulty handset & charger stating that he is no more
authorized to repair/replacement.

4. The Complainant again contacted the authorized service

centre of Sony Ericsson on 11th Apr 2011, Mr. Nikhil Agarwal
refused to accept the faulty Mobile Handset & Charger,
stating that he is not authorized to repair or replace the Sony
Ericsson Mobile Handset.

The complainant request this honorable Court to arrange

immediate refund of Rs. 17495/- (the price of Mobile
Handset) & pay damages of proportional amount against
negligence, harassment, pain and sufferings by authorized
service centre of Sony Ericsson Mobile Communication
(India) Private Limited & whatsoever else the court deems fit
in such a case.
