I wish to be considered for the position of Customer Service Representative ………… Customer
Service Centre.

I am presently a first year student with the ……….. University, pursuing my Bachelor of Arts Degree
in Marketing Management.

I am committed to the vision and strategic goals of the Organization, and as such, I have aligned my
work performance and education to achieve these goals. This is reflective in my performance
assessments, where, I have attained ratings of Grade I for most of my tenure.

I have a great passion for Customer Service, and strongly believe that ‘Service Sells.’ As such, I have
won the Customer Care Survey on two occasions, one as recent as November, 2009. I am task oriented,
and deadline driven, with a strong appreciation for the organisation’s Policies and Procedures. My
marketing skills have also allowed me to exceed all targets set by my Balanced Score Card.

Self-motivation, customer service skills and willingness to learn are attributes that are inherent in my
character and will allow me to make an effective contribution in the CSR role.

If given the opportunity, I will continue to add significant value to the Corporation and yield excellence
beyond expectations.
