KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, Julieta K. Umali, of legal age, a widow of Rogelio Umali, Filipino and with residence
and postal address at 615 Purok 5, Plaridel Lipa City is informing everyone particularly the
authorities that I am permitting Roselle B. Medrano to occupy/use the parcel of land free of
any charge. The said land is located on the above stated address.

That premises shall be used exclusively by Miss Medrano for residential and whatever
purposes it may serve her and that she shall pay for its telephone, electric, cable TV, water,
Internet, association dues and other public services and utilities during the duration of her
stay.

For further legitimacy of this authorization, I am affixing my signature this 21st day of
