 Introduction
• Communication has changed its ways from time to time .Now a days with
the advent of technology and its modification more efficient means are
introduced.wire less scoreboard is one of such application.

• Earlier we used chalk boards in the sports events such as cricket,footbaal

etc. Now we are using wireless score board for that purpose.

• The advantage of shifting from the chalk board to wireless scoreboard is

that it more efficient,time saving and not at all cumbersome.
this also provides us with lot of options such as displaying older stats and
information of previous match or player.
 General Overview

Our score board consists of seven segmentn led’s out of which three will
show amount of runs ,two will show overs bowled and one will show fall of
wickets.All these parameters will be updated by a remote control whose
working will be based on RF-module.
 RF-module
Wireless technology which our score board uses is based on RF-module

RF itself has become synonymous with wireless and high-frequency

signals, describing anything from AM radio between 535 kHz and 1605 kHz to
computer local area networks (LANs) at 2.4 GHz. However, RF has traditionally
defined frequencies from a few kHz to roughly 1 GHz. If one considers
microwave frequencies as RF, this range extends to 300 GHz. The following two
tables outline the various nomenclatures for the frequency bands. The third
table outlines some of the applications at each of the various frequency bands.

In our project RF-module is used which is used for transmisson between

transmiter and receiver
transmitter receiver work in the range of 80m ,transmitting frequency i s
315/433MHz ,digital modulation technique used is ASK.

 Applications and Uses
Basically we can use wireless scoreboard in any sport event such as cricket or football
or in any fun event. It can be used in any fun event or quiz contest also.
We can use it in displaying any urgent information or in some emergency
