SUCCESS OF MAJOR COUNTRIES (NKRA) EDUCATION


In Bidang National Key (NKRA) education, the government will focus on the four member sub-NKRA to
expand access to affordable and quality education.
1. Sub-NKRA Preschool
7 core to expand access to preschool education quality and affordable:

1.        Establishment of National Coordination Committee and the Division Prasokolah PERMATA Preschool and
Ministry of Education (MOE)
2.        Implementation of the National Preschool Curriculum Standards (KSPK)
3.        Streamline the government's assistance to preschool children
4.Improving the quality of teachers and teaching assistants
5.        Increase the number of pre-school classes in the city slums, rural and remote areas
6.        Enhancing public-private partnerships in education pre-school.
7.        Establishing the National Information System Preschool

NKRA - widening access to affordable and quality education

* Every child master the basic skills of literacy and numeracy after 3 years of primary education followed at
the end of 2012

* Children with special needs - defined as students with learning disabilities, hearing problems, speech
problems, vision problems, mental retardation, have various defects, and physical disabilities. Special
literacy and numeracy curriculum designed for children with special needs.
3. Sub-NKRA High Performance Schools

3.1 Raising the quality of the best schools

Improving the quality of educational attainment by increasing the level of autonomy and accountability,
allowing schools implement innovations in their management (concentration in curriculum and personnel
services)

3.2 To produce students who excel

As a place to train outstanding students of international standards and that the leading personalities in all
fields

3.3 Bridging the gap between schools in the system

As an inspiration to other schools to develop a higher level of excellence through mentoring and networking
between the schools.

Improving the quality of student success through improved performance of school leaders in Malaysia:

Dalam gtaw Key Nasional (NKRA) pendidikan, kerajaan akan fokus pada empat ahli sub-NKRA untuk
memperluaskan akses pendidikan yang murah dan berkualiti.
1. Sub-NKRA Preschool
7 teras untuk memperluaskan akses kepada high pendidikan prasekolah dan terjangkau:
1. Pembentukan Jawatankuasa Penyelarasan Nasional dan Prasokolah PERMATA Division Menguruskan
dan Kementerian Pendidikan (MOE)
2. Penerapan Standar Nasional Kurikulum Preschool (KSPK)
3. Merampingkan bantuan kerajaan untuk anak-anak prasekolah
4.Improving high guru dan pembantu pengajar
5. Meningkatkan jumlah kelas pra-sekolah di daerah kumuh kota, luar bandar dan kawasan terpencil
6. Meningkatkan kerjasama awam-swasta dalam pendidikan pra-sekolah.
7. Pembentukan Sistem Maklumat Nasional Preschool

NKRA - memperluaskan akses pendidikan yang berpatutan dan kualiti
* Setiap anak menguasai kemahiran asas celik huruf dan berhitung setelah 3 tahun mengikuti
pendidikan dasar pada akhir tahun 2012
* Anak-anak dengan keperluan khas - ditakrifkan sebagai pelajar dengan ketidakupayaan belajar,
gangguan pendengaran, masalah bicara, masalah penglihatan, keterbelakangan mental, mempunyai
pelbagai kecacatan, dan kecacatan fizikal. Khusus keaksaraan dan berhitung kurikulum direka untuk
anak-anak dengan keperluan khas.

3. Sub-NKRA Sekolah High Performance

3.1 Meningkatkan high sekolah terbaik


Meningkatkan kualiti pencapaian pendidikan dengan meningkatkan tahap autonomi dan akauntabiliti,
sehingga sekolah menerapkan inovasi dalam pengurusan mereka (konsentrasi di bidang jasa kurikulum
dan anggota)
3.2 Untuk menghasilkan pelajar yang berprestasi
Sebagai tempat untuk melatih mahasiswa berprestasi standard antarabangsa dan bahawa keperibadian
yang terkemuka di segala bidang
3.3 Menjembatani jurang antara sekolah dalam sistem
Sebagai inspirasi bagi sekolah lain untuk membangunkan tahap yang lebih tinggi keunggulan melalui
mentoring dan rangkaian antara sekolah.
