    Subject: Request for Fee Concession and Extension in Due Date

    Respected Sir,

    It is with due respect, I want to inform you that my family is going through severe financial
    crises due to prevailing situation after the recent devastating floods in the country. I belong to a
    family that entirely depends upon agriculture. Unfortunately, these floods have destroyed
    agriculture business in southern Punjab and have badly damaged our land and crops. As a result,
    in current circumstances I am unable to submit my full university dues.

    In view of the above mentioned circumstances pertaining to me, it is humbly requested that I
    may kindly be given special concession in tuition fee. Moreover, it is also requested that I may
    be allowed to submit my fee for the period of __________ by the end of April 2011.

    I shall be highly obliged and thankful.
