SANBAG has received your California Public Records Act request dated April 19, 2011. As the
Assistant to the Clerk of the Board of San Bernardino Associated Governments, I have prepared

Under the Act, Government Code Section 6253 (c) requires this public agency to determine
whether to comply with your request within ten (10) days of its receipt of the request. We are in
