Research Design
Research Design is any study done to make decision regarding what, when and how a research
study is to be conducted.
SAMPLING
Need some more clarification from the company in order to select the sample size from the
population and the methods to be adopted to select the sample. Since the sample can be taken
only from a particular work type or a job category. Also need to know the total number of
employees working in your organization and number of employees working in each department.
DATA COLLECTION
Primary data
Primary data will be obtained by direct communication with the respondents and by observation
method.
Secondary data
The data will be collected with the information that already exists somewhere, having being
collected for some other purpose. By using this lot of time and energy could be saved.
Personal Interview
Personal interview is one of the tools used for collecting data. It is a form of direct
communication where the interviewer will ask questions to the respondents in a face to face
situation.
Questionnaire will be another tool used to collect the data from the respondents. The
questionnaire will be filled by the respondent rather than by an interviewer. It will consist of
certain set of questions depending upon the variables in the topic.
