To Whom It May Concern:

This is to authorize the bearer, _____________________, to claim the baggage that were left at NAIA,
Terminal 3, Gate 2, to a stand by Guard by the AFP desk.

The following are the descriptions of the baggage (although not all can be mentioned because of the rush
in reducing the baggage to be brought):

3) Comforter/blanket/bed sheet, Towel (Not inside a bag)
