Recipe
1. Prepare the ingredients
2. Heat the oven to 200 celcius degree
3. Seasoning the salmon fillets, and lay them into the mould, brushing them with oil
4. Let them be in the oven in 2min without touching. Then check them with spatula
5. Flip them onto the other side
6. After taking them out of the oven, let them rest
7. Do the same with potato and mushroom with another mould
8. Making sauce: using the excess fat from the fish, and combine all ingredients
9. Remain stirring when making the sauce. Seasoning
