Sales/Marketing Strategy

Sales Incentive: For employees, we should have a sales incentive monthly or

quarterly for the highest selling employee. Sales incentive can range from Gift cards

for the highest sales personnel to household gift items to family trips. This will

increase there yearn to advertise the product better and make more sales.

Also, offer employee perks that give employees discounts on places outside work

e.g. six flags.

Build relationships with your customers: Create a customer database and contact

them on a regular basis. Mail them a postcard, birthday card, sales flyer, newsletter

etc. to keep our name, phone number, and service on their mind.

Set up a customer rewards program: Most of the big sales company out there,

achieved that by having customers reward program. It can be as simple as a

discount on items on a customer’s birthday or a points system that earns rewards

for discounts on products. This will help build customer loyalty and increase sales.

Advertisement: First thing to do is to create a website. This is because everyone is

mostly technology conscious now and it will help advertise the company better.

Customers will have the opportunity to see what the company is about and also

view the products offered. Sales and discount opportunities will also be accessible

on the website.

Secondly, we advertise the company on the radio and newspaper. We advertise the

sales and deals we have going on at the present time and even for future sales. We

also send out coupons and fliers of the company to residential address. This will

help sales for the company also because the radio and newspaper reach a large
amount of people. We can also target specific people by advertising in certain

sections of the newspaper. We get a graphic designer to make an eye-catching ad

that will appeal to the consumers. We advertise sales and discounts to entice people

to contact us.

Also, we can make postcards and fliers to place in local stores such as coffee shops

and grocery shops. This will help get the local customers aware of the company and

also patronize.

Thirdly, we can also use television as a means of advertising our services and

products.

Target market: We need to target ages from about 25 to 60. This is due to the type

of products we sell. We also will target all races because everyone needs a good

refrigerator and oven. We also need to have our locations close to residential areas

because those are the places that use our products.
