INTRODUCTION
 India has witnessed a revolution in the field of Human Resource; it has
gone from being just a support function to being a strategic partner in the
growth of businesses.
 It has transformed itself being merely Personnel Management.

 Recruitment is the process of looking for prospective employees for the


organisation. Recruitment is the process which links the employers and
the job seekers
 Selection is the process of evaluating the qualifications, experience, skill,
knowledge, etc. of an applicant in relation to the requirements of the job to
determine his suitability for the job.
OBJECTIVES
 To understand the trends of recruitment and selection process in each
organisation.

 To study the variation in the recruitment and selection process among each
organisation. 

 To understand the Recruitment budget in each organisation.

 
 To analyse the challenges faced by HR in the recruitment and selection process.

 
 To offer recommendation and solution for the gaps analysed.
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

 Primary data: This is the first hand information that will be collected by
conducting interviews with the help of a questionnaire.

 Secondary data: This data which is related to the topic and is available in the
following sources:

Internet

 c. Sample size: The sample size taken was 30.

advantageously placed or in the best position to provide the information required.)

surveys to have efficient result.
