Registrar of University of Madras, Chennai-600 005 as to reach on or before 2-5-2011.

Go to download section after login at www.ugcnetonline.inusing your user name (Email ID) and
concerned password. Then click on NET Examination.

1. Download and print the "Completed Form", "Admission Card" and "Attendance Slip" using the
above link, affix the identical passport size photographs in the space provided, put your
signatures at the required places and send it to the Registrar of University of Madras, Chennai-
600 005 (In Duplicate).

2. Bank Challan, in original, be enclosed with the 1st copy of Application form. A photocopy of the
Bank Challan be enclosed with the 2nd copy of the Application form.

3. Admission Card duly signed with photograph (One copy).

4. Attendance Slip duly signed with photograph (One copy).

5. Attested copy of SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer) / PH/VH certificate as the case may be.

6. In case of relaxation in age is sought (JRF candidates), attested copy of certificate of

educational qualification/research experience.

7. Two self addressed unstamped envelopes of 10" X 4" size.

Note: THE ONLINE APPLICATION ALTHOUGH REGISTERED SUCCESSFULLY, WILL NOT

BE ENTRAINED IF THE SIGNED HARD-COPY OF DOCUMENTS MENTIONED AT 1 TO 7
ABOVE ARE NOT SUBMITTED TO THE RESPECTIVE TEST CENTRE, SO AS TO REACH ON
OR BEFORE 2-5-2011.
