EXPEDITIOUS REFUND SYSTEM (ERS)

ONLINE VIEW OF IMPORTS & EXPORTS DATA

Dear Registered Person,

In order to further facilitate the refund claimants, a new facility of viewing the Imports & Exports GDs has been
launched in e-Folder of the taxpayers at Taxpayer Facilitation Portal (https://e.fbr.gov.pk). You can view the
particulars of GDs’ pertaining to the imports and exports made by you during a particular period as follows:

a) Select the any of the following options under Declaration Group:

 GD – Imports
 GD – Exports

b) Upon clicking any one of the above options, a new screen will appear wherein you will have the option to
select the following:

 Period (From - To Date)

 Source All, One-Customs, PACCS, WEBOC
 Collectorate All, KAPR, KAFU, LDRY, etc.

c) Finally, details of Import and Exports GDs will appear in front of you showing the particulars of GD as
Collectorate, GD Number, GD date, GD Type and other particulars as follows:

- IMPORTS Cash No., Cash Date, Import Value, Sales Tax Paid, 2% ST paid, FED Paid
- EXPORTS MR Number, MR Date, EGM Number and Export Value
You can minimize the errors in filing your refund claims under the Expeditious Refund System as well as the
normal system by using this new feature of viewing the particulars recorded in customs data; and recording in
your refund claim accordingly.
