 METHODOLOGY

• Design of wind mill and calculation of solar system required.

• Force and moment calculations according to strength basis
with safety of factor.
• Material selection of system.
• Economical aspects and manufacturing cost.
• Drawings of different parts and master assembly drawing.
• Modification if required.
• Use of standard parts as long as possible.
• Manufacturing operations carried out to produce structure.
• Selection of connecting devices and fasteners.
• Assemble and installation of different parts.
