• For YHAI annual membership, one 3x4.2cm size photograph is required along with duly filled
in Enrolment Form, for Life Membership two photographs required along with Enrolment Form.
• Identity proof is a must to apply for membership .
• Annual membership is valid for one calendar year only (January-December)
• Membership below 18 years is allowed only for one year.
