    Introduction

    A door slams shut. Maybe the said room is drafty. A


    book falls off the shelf, though it was well fixed. Maybe
    that book wasn’t that well placed. We see a shadow
    following us closely as we carry on our day-to-day
    activities. Maybe that shadow is the result of reflected
    light. We sense a presence beside us every time. Maybe
    we are just feeling paranoid. We hear a voice screaming
    out of nowhere. Maybe our brains start playing tricks on
    us because of stress and hectic lifestyles. And, as we are
    driving, a silhouette appears in the middle of the road.
    Maybe the said silhouette is just a bird. Or even worse. A
    hallucination.

    The brakes screech. Well, it`s our stop.


    And yes, those brakes didn’t just engage by themselves.

    These things happen everywhere to anyone, anytime.


    They are real!
    But all have at least one rational explanation.

    You have lived something like that at least once.


    Or not.
