Abs & Arms Flow:  A dynamic, faster paced class with higher intensity where one exercise flows onto another. This class aims to improve strength, tone & shape of your abs & arms. 
Suitability: For students who have attended at least 10 reformer 
Fit & Tone: A total body workout to shape and tone your body making it long & lean. Different exercises conducted each week make these classes fun & exciting. A great workout
 for all levels.
Cardio Pilates: A dynamic cardiovascular workout incorporating the jumpboard to keep your heart rate up. A fat‐burning class with a difference! For students who have attended 
at least 10 reformer classes.
Challenge: Take your Pilates to the next level with this advanced level class to challenge your muscles. Suitable for intermediate level students who have attended at least 30 classes.
