Families are invited to participate in John Muir School's Walk-A-Thon on Friday, May 13th to raise money for music, art, and technology programs. Students in grades K-3 will walk from 10-10:30 AM and grades 4-6 will walk from 11-12 PM. Pledge forms and money are due by Wednesday, May 11th. The event is replacing the annual silent auction and full participation is important to prevent cuts to valuable programs due to state budget reductions.

This event will be held in lieu of our annual silent auction. It is
very important that we have 100% participation. Money raised at this event will go towards music, art and technology. We’d hate to lose these valuable programs, due to the state’s budget cuts.
We are asking every family to bring in a minimum of $50 in flat
pledges. (that’s (5) $10 pledges, or (10) $5 pledges, etc……) More is always welcome!
If you have any questions or need additional pledge forms, feel free to email Stacy Palafox @ snmj@att.net
