INCREASE IN COMMERCIAL PERMITS ISSUED FOR THE MONTH OF APRIL 2011

The total projected dollar valuation is more than $22 million

in construction that will benefit the Tucson economy
The City of Tucson Planning and Development Services Department (PDSD) has completed the reviews
and issued more than 60 commercial permits for Tenant Improvements and New construction projects from
April 1 - 30, 2011.

Some of the recently permitted projects include:

 New Apartment buildings located at 502 and 524 N. Campbell Ave.

 Culver’s Restaurant located at 40 S. Broadway Pl.
 New Shell Office building located at 7000 S. Palo Verde Rd
 Tenant Improvement at Fry’s Grocers located at 3920 E. Grant Rd
