Objectives :

Change has become an inevitable feature of organizational life in today’s competitive


business world. Organizational Change is also an essential process for growth and development
in business. This course aims to impart the knowledge base needed for understanding the forces,
types of change and techniques of change management. Input relating to managing cultural
changes, mental modes and managing change through people is also dealt.
