 Statement of Work
* Laid out in the work breakdown structure is how the project will be
completed. The 5 star management group will initiate the project by doing the
research for the Casarez family. Research will be conducted by the whole 5
Star team.

* 5 Star management will move into the planning phase of the how to build a
home guide for the Casarez family. In this phase analysis will be done in
quality assurance, cost analysis, risk, and constraints.

* 5 Star will execute this project by organizing all the documentation and
narrowing all the options for the Casarez family from the quality assurance
performed in the planning phase. In the end 5 Star Management will turn over
a How –To- Guide to build a family home over to the Casarez family that will
take them step by step to begin to build their family home on their lot.
