Nayda Ferrer, a resident of 130 Clinic Drive in Woodland Estates Condominiums, wrote to inform the community association manager that she has been dealing with a bedbug infestation in her apartment for three months. Despite efforts by herself and the property owner to treat the issue, the bedbugs persist and are negatively impacting her family's health and school performance. She feels the living conditions are unethical and may need to contact the health department if a solution is not found soon.

To whom it may concern:
My name is Nayda Ferrer; I am a resident in 130 Clinic Drive, of Woodland Estates Condominiums. The reason that I wrote this letter to you is to inform you that three months ago I informed Mr. Stanley Sternal, the owner of the apartment in which I live in, has been invaded by bedbugs. He gave me some products to eliminate the bedbugs. But all failed. I have bought products from Home Depot, Lowes and other stores to try to fix my situation, but nothing works. I have to dispose of my mattresses due to this. But they still have not gone away. I try to spray everyday with foggers and bedbug killers; but everything fails. These bedbugs do not let my granddaughter sleep. They have marked up our family with their bites. My granddaughter has been having problems in school because she falls asleep there. I have nowhere else to go. I care a lot about my family and their well-being. I cannot live in these conditions anymore; I feel that it is unethical to be living in these conditions. I am upset that I have had this problem for so long and nothing has been done to fix it. I feel that I am going to have to inform the Health Department about this situation because I feel that this has gone long enough. I am tired of all this. Please try to find a solution to this. Feel free to contact me at (860) 826-1679 if you have any comments about this. ________________________ Nayda Ferrer
