PREFACE
MBA is a stepping-stone to the management carrier and to develop good
manager. It is necessary that the theoretical must be supplemented with
exposure to the real environment.
Theoretical knowledge just provides the base and it’s not sufficient to
produce a good manager that’s why practical knowledge is needed.

Therefore the research product is an essential requirement for the student of

MBA. This research project not only helps the student to utilize his skills
properly learn field realities but also provides a chance to the organization to
find out talent among the budding managers in the very beginning.

Investing money where the risk is less has always been risky to decide. The
first factor, which an investor would like to see before investing, is risk
factor. Diversification of risk gave birth to the phenomenon called Mutual
Fund.

The Mutual Fund Industry is in the growing stage in India, which is evident
from the flood of mutual funds offered by the Banks, Financial Institutes &
Private Financial Companies.

In accordance with the requirement of MBA course I have done my final

project report on the topic is “A REPORT ON COMPARATIVE STUDY
OF HERO HONDA VS BAJAJ”.

The information regarding the project research was collected through the
questionnaire formed by me which was filled by the investors of Mutual
Funds.
