Sub:- False statements & documents submitted by the Contractors

Ref:- The following tender number: KPWD/2010-11/RD/Works-Indent-5824, Indent-5815,
Indent-5408, Indent-5972, Indent-5994, Indent-5907, Indent-5979, and Indent-5906.

Respected Sir,

With Respect to the above cited subject. I am very much thankfull to the department for showing the
documents of other contractors (Transparency) Participated in the above eight (8) tenders.

I had noticed the many contractors had lapsed the fulfillment of tender conditions.

1. Statement of Annual Turnover Shown but not submitted the income tax assessment order and audit
report.
2. Many of them shown works completed and works in progress but The ground reality is that, the works
are not completed either started.
3. Some of the contractors they are operated the particular item in less quantity or not operated one or
two particular items in the same year which are required to fulfillment of the tender conditions.

I humbly request you to conform the false documents of the contractors and do the justice to all and
to the Government.
