Upper management

Chief Executive Officer: The CEO will be responsible for the core main decisions of the organization.
These responsibilities include mergers, cut backs, expansions, and any other decision that will determine
the fate of the organization. The CEO has final say in all major decisions within the organization.
Although the CEO has final say on what goes on in the organization, he has restraints set by the board of
directors.

Chief Financial Officer: the CFO will mainly be responsible for all of the financial transactions within the
firm. The CFO is also responsible for financial planning. This could include budgeting, controlling cost and
utilities, financial forecasting. The CFO is also responsible for providing financial statement s to higher
management over a certain period of time.

Chief Operating Officer: The COO is mainly responsible for monitoring daily activities within the
organization. With this duty, the organization is dependent on the COO to suggest strategies for
expansion, competitive advantage, or any other type of growth that could have a major positive effect
on the organization.
Middle management

Marketing Department: The marketing department is responsible for the growth of the company. The
marketing department is responsible for monitoring changes within the external environment
(demographic, economical, competitive, etc) and formulating strategies in order to increase satisfaction
for the consumer and customers and increase sales for the organization.
