    Conference Room B, Lake County Courthouse

    1. Elect chairman and vice-chairman.

    2. Consider and approve by-laws and conflict of interest code.

    3. Staff present findings and recommendations from recently released audit.

    4. Staff present application policies and Committee ratify the same.

    5. Decide whether to accept revised and new applications received after March 11,
    2011.

    6. Review amount available this year.

    7. Determine appropriate amount of reimbursement to County Administrative Office.

    8. Review amount available and funding requests.

    9. Review applications. Received 11 applications.

    10. Review time frame for remaining tasks


    a. Request presentations from any applicants?
    b. Request any additional applications?
    c. Applicants sign any type of grant agreement?
    d. Request sponsorship letters from respective tribes
    e. Submit funding requests to State by May 13, 2011
