What is Training Need Analysis


It is a process set in place within an organization or a system
to identify the knowledge gap, to define the learning
objective and to select an effective delivery method to train
an individual within the above mentioned system or
organization.

This is an assessment of the gap between the knowledge,


skills and attitudes that the people in the organization
currently possess and the knowledge, skills and attitudes
that they require to meet the organization’s objectives.

When will they need the new skills?
