Sub: Import of our 175 GSM/GPRS Modem System from M/S Concox Information technology
(HongKong) Co. Ltd., 17/F Room 1704A, Sunbeam Commercial building 469-471 Nathan Road
Yaumatei Kowloon hongKong. With reference to our above import, we hereby declare that-
1. We are eligible to import the above goods and the same is as per the provisions of the
import policy.
2. The items imported are strictly in accordance with the conditions of our industrial
license/registration issued by concerned authorities.
3. Such license/registration has not been cancelled or withhold otherwise made inoperative by
concerned authority.
4. The import of above said goods are covered under Open General License vide Chapter-2
Para 2.1 of Foreign Trade Policy 2009-2014
5. The Subject goods are not banned or canalized items and being imported entirely at our risk
and responsibility.

We undertake to submit you exchange control copy of bill of entry/post parcel wrapper within 90
days of remittance, in case of import on slight D/P basis. And on or before the due date of the bills,
in the case of import on D/A basis
