ACCOUNTING

Person-in-charge: Glenda Alberto

Batch Treasurer

AUDITOR: Sarah Jean Dayauon

CONTRIBUTION:

Previous batches had a contribution of 1,000 each. Sana tayo, since once in a lifetime lang naman to, maging
generous enough to give 1,000 each. Dun sa understandable naman na hindi makakbigay ng 1,000, lalo na yung
mga nasa payo/coastal areas (don’t get me wrong, I didn’t mean to discriminate but we have to be realistic,
mahirap ang buhay dun), you may contribute kahit magkano or, mas importante, WE NEED HUMAN RESOURCES,
MANPOWER, LABOR RESOURCES.

Yung mga nasa abroad, I know mahirap kumita ng pera. But compared to our batchmates working here in the
Philippines, your income is definitely higher than them (again, I didn’t mean to discriminate, let’s just be realistic.
This is not mandatory, NAKIKIUSAP LANG AKO KUNG PWEDE MAGING EXTRA GENEROUS KAYO KASI HINDI
NAMAN ITO PALAGING NANGYAYARI). Taking into consideration the standards of living here in the Philippines
and abroad, mas costly talaga sa abroad. BUT AGAIN, MINSAN LANG ITO. PLS. UNDERSTAND.

GUYS, I ASSURE YOU TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY. I DON’T WANT TO HOLD THE MONEY. I WILL
INDORSE IT TO OUR BATCH TREASURER AND WE WILL MAKE AN ACCOUNT, PREFERABLY UNDER GLENDA’S NAME
AND ILL HAVE IT REGISTER ONLINE. AS PER DISCUSSION WITH MS. ALBERTO, SHE WILL KEEP US UPDATED BY
POSTING IN OUR BATCH 2002 FB HOMEPAGE A STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT.

Transactions will be counterchecked and certified by our auditor.

1000 covers already the batch shirt and printing.

WORK ON SOLICITATIONS IN ORDER TO COVER ALL OF OUR EXPENDITURES.
