For my video I used iMovie to edit it.

Here I have a screenshot of some of my video whilst I was at


the editing process.

I found iMovie very useful as it is very easy to navigate around, but also, the software itself is very
good. It allowed me to rip the video straight from Alex’s camera straight into the raw footage section
at the bottom of the screen. From here I could highlight and then click and drag the highlighted
footage into the play section. When I had all of my selected footage in the play section, I added a
selection of filters to lower the clour saturation, and boost the brightness, which looked much more
professional and smooth.

I then removed the sound from all the files so that the only sounds in the whole video was the music
that I made. Music videos very rarely contain sound which is captured during the recording of the
footage, so it would have seemed weird to have included sound in my video.

I also added some captions into my video. These captions help the audience to fully understand the
way that time works in this video, and to understand how one scene leads to another.
