Terms & conditions

1. All profits to charitable organisations selected by the Festival Committee
2. No food or drink vendors unless by prior arrangement
3. No Tombola, Raffles or Auctions unless by prior arrangement
4. All Stands to be set up by 10.00am. (entry to site from 7.00 am.)
5. Stands may be set up the day before. Whilst we have overnight security it is at your own risk.
6. In the interests of Health & Safety, Stands must remain in place until 5.30pm (unless otherwise
advised to do so)

IMPORTANT NOTES:
• The pitch dimensions given must not be exceeded in any way by tent ropes, storage, tables, etc.
• Outdoor power, water supplies or shelters are not provided
• Pitches for Charities with proof of status are negotiable.
• The Management has the right to restrict the number of Traders selling the same type of goods

NUMBER OF STANDARD INSIDE PITCHES REQUIRED @ £12.50 (each 1m x 2m)

I understand that all the above is not negotiable and that any electrical or other equipment I bring onto the site
will comply with Health & Safety Regulations or any other applicable legal requirement and that I have
appropriate Public Liability Insurance cover and that I will offer proof of these if requested by the organiser or
his Nominees. I also agree to adhere to anydirexctions or instructions given by the Organiser or his Nomilnees.
