Assalam O Alaikum
 
 Requirement of Training & Development assignment. 
 
1. Skip the need identification Phase.
2. Develop objectives based on the actual need/problems within your respective organization.
3. Develop your Training strategy i.e provide a list of subject topics, you going to cover. Why
and what are you going to cover. Training techniques you  are going to employ. Total
duration of the training programme and other things required in the development of training
strategy.
4. Then comes the material development phase, you are not required to do it.As it is a lengthy
process and require professional competency.
5. You have to develop 02 session guides. Providing information about the timely distribution
of all the activities of a training programme i.e. what training techniques are you going to
employ and how are you going to use them in order to achiew your objectives for that
particular session. What time are you going to take breaks etc (keep in mind that if you are
going to design  a session guide for the first day of training, think about orientation of
trainees and introduction of the training to them. You can download model session guides
from internet).
6. Then comes the implementation phase. Skip it.
7. Then we move onwards to the feedback part. Design a feedback form for your respective
training programme. (check out the model feedback forms on the internet.
8. Then comes the evaluation phase. its totally upto one's own will. you can do it to give your
training design a good look.
 
NOTE: Keep it according to your own specific organization, try to develop things yourself,
quoting anything from internet can be identified really easily. so be careful
