up with Bright leave a fully refundable deposit of between 30€

calls before reaching your limit. We use this system to help our customers control their spending.

use their deposit to clear their final bill and then we refund the remainder.

Limits
What is the call limit?

The call limit is the maximum amount of money you want to spend with Bright each month. The call
limit helps you control your spending. You set your own call limit when you sign-up
sign up by leaving a
deposit of the same amount.

Why is my call limit less than my deposit?

Your call limit is split between national and international calls. Two thirds of your deposit is used to
set your national call limit, and the remaining one third of your deposit is used to set your
international call limit. The sum of your national and international call limits will always be equal to
your deposit.

*If you want to change the ratio between your national and international limits, for example, if you
make more international calls than national calls, just send us a message through our contact centre.

How will I know when I´m near my consumption limit?

We´ll send you a text message when you have used approximately 80% of your limit, and another
when you´ve used approximately 100% of your limit.
