Box 1002 Benton, LA 72005 RE: Temporary Roof Material Gentlemen: When Carter Construction Company was hired to repair tornado damage to the EMS facility, 2 temporary roof was in place and installed by someone other than our company. This material was removed by Carter and remained on the jobsite. When the repairs were fished and we were cleaning tthe jobsite, the metal roofing material was removed and disposed of by Carter Construction Company ‘per direction of Mr. Richard Gray.
