From access to acquisition of digital data. Digital evidence has specific characteristics which make it difficult to process; these same characteristics also require that serious thought be given to the international as well as the national dimension. The aim of the two speeches is to compare the legal and technical points of view of two of the top internatio- nal experts, in order to examine the complex system of rules and procedures for gathering, interpreting and storing digital evidence. The meeting will be held entirely in English.
